HR & Admin Assistant - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Description: Dynamic and fast growing International Supermarket Chain. Based in Dubai is looking for talented and qualified employee for the following position :

HR & Admin Assistant (Labour & Immigration Documentations)
Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to labour and immigration.
• Process and record data for each employee, including such information as insurance, visa, labour card and passport details.
• Keeps track of visa application and source documents. Contacts originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Prepares, keeps records and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
• Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
• Provides routine office support such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing, and delivering and picking up correspondence.
• Prepare and perform other personnel related duties.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• Speaking, Reading and Writing in Arabic and English.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulation.

Educational & Other Requirements:
• Completion of a college degree or general education degree (GED); or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus factor.
