Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities:

• Maintaining job data base on regular basis & keep track.
• Consulting and negotiating rates with the leading courier and freight operators for costing purpose.
• Assigned duties and responsibilities to operation. Setting up entire operation activities for getting job/work done.
• Co-ordinate with customers on their queries & solve them with correct solution.
• Ensure the export process of the shipment meets agreed standards and level of agreed accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers & vendors.
• Manage the door to door service for customers by coordinating with internal operation, freight line, documentation process & destination agents.
Computer Knowledge:
• Ms Word, Ms Excel, Outlook express, Power point, Internet etc…
