Regional Administration Manager - Almarai - Saudi Arabia

To provide all administration services for the region, and it’s employees and representing Almarai to all government authorities related to all regions administration issues and ensure the company documentation is processed as per the company policy and in-compliance with government regulation.

PERSON SHOULD HAVE:
1. Should be a university graduate preferably in Business Administration or relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in admin/ related field.
3. Experience in dealing with governmental or public authorities.
4. speaks a good English both orally and written.
5. Saudi National*

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
 Ensure that all administration documents implemented and processed as per the company policy.
 Ensure administration services are provided to the regions’ employees
 Provide information and services to internal clients to ensure that they are aware of, and comply with, administration policies and procedures.
 Address all the administration issues with the government and work to resolve them immediately.
 Ensure the region vehicle documents issued and /or renewed on time and in-compliance with the law.
 Ensure the issuance and renewal of all government licenses, permits and official documents for depots.
 Provide documents/services to ensure that health and safety is facilitated across all locations.
 Negotiate accommodation villa’s or any other facilities for lease by the company in region when required.
