Responsible for overall execution of the Maintenance schedules. • Recording the daily maintenance activities. • Attending Complaints of the Tenants. • To assist the Plant Superintendent to execute rectification and maintenance works in and outside the plant. • Well conversant with Centrifugal chillers, Cooling towers and Pumps • Fundamental knowledge of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
Profile Basic Course in Refrigeration and air conditioning or equivalent to level 10.
