The IT Manager will be responsible for Ensuring maximum availability of application systems throughout the company. Provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, LAN/WAN, IT security. Implementation of new ERP product Vantage. Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined SLA's IT annual budget Managing the IT department include staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career development IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement Developing and maintaining a disaster recovery plan Developing and controlling the IT security policyProfile As the IT Manager you must have the following technical skills: Windows Server 2003/2000 Exchange 2007 Server/client/network hardware SQL Database administration Crystal 8.5/10/11 - reporting VB.Net and ASP.Net Any Manufacturing ERP exposure preferably Vantage (Epicor) or iScala.
