Engineering • 12 years’ experience with proven project management experience. • Strong commercial awareness and cost effectiveness. • Negotiating and influencing attributes. • English. • Good report writing skills. • High order of communication skills (both oral & written) & committed team player • Organizational and leadership skills • Natural decision maker & leader. • Good knowledge in interacting. • Capability of managing project (of value up to Dhs. 366 Million)

• Manages, directs and co-ordinates project activities. • Reviews contract documents. • Co-ordinates mobilisation team. • Resourcing requirements. • Planning package. • Project monitoring system. • Provides resources. • Arranges insurance. • Safety & QA/QC plans. • Resolves problems. • Demobilisation plan. • Represents NPCC with third parties. • Monitors contractor performance. • Receives & authorises payments. • Final documentation/Lessons learned. • Estimates bids. • Staff development & motivation. • Diversification proposals • Technological advances • Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
