Key Responsibilities: • Accountable for managing environmental sampling, calculations, calculations, data analysis, preparation of periodic environmental reports, periodic inspection, follow up and providing advice to operations for achieving excellence in environmental performance and to ensure compliance EHS system, legal and other requirements related to emissions to air and discharges to water, waste reduction ad recycling. • Responsible for providing technical explanations, advice and support to operation departments in environment. • Ensure periodic sampling of various environmental samples with internationally accepted procedures, code of practice. • Perform in depth analysis of environment data, prepare trend charts, maintain an archive of relevant data, provide timely input to respective area. • Conduct periodic inspection of various facilities and provide advice for continual improvement of environmental performance in line with the organisation.

Profile • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science/Chemistry. • 5-7 yrs exp in similar role in large industry preferably Aluminium sector. • Exposure to ISO systems auditing, Environmental Impact Assessment ,Environmental Management plans.
