Data entry for Monthly Reporting, SMR and other reporting to DCC-Germany.
Petty cash handling and accounting for the same. Bank payments- cheque payments and accounting for the same. Reconciliation of supplier’s accounts and payment to local and overseas suppliers. Raising of debit and credit notes to suppliers. Maintenance of Accounts Payables and ownership of A/P module in SAP B1. Transaction accounting of Journal vouchers. Payments to SG&A related suppliers- Keeping a track on the trend and accounting for the same. Payroll related work-Passing on additions and deductions to HR, overtime calculations, bank transfers and accounting for the same in books of accounts. Preparation of month end schedules for meeting month end reporting deadlines.
