Business Development
• Identifying prospective clients, mapping & coordinating for their requirements for new business.
• Analyzing market requirement and providing key inputs for product development.
• Maintaining sustained contacts & providing pre/post technical assistance for achieving customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring competitor activities & devising effective counter measure.
• Identifying, qualifying & pursuing business opportunities through market surveys & mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.

Sales & Marketing
• Business strategy planning & analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities to achieve targets.
• Devising sales strategies to tap, explore greater market & business volumes.
• Planning and implementing promotional programs for greater brand visibility and capturing optimum market share metrics.

Channel Management
• Monitoring the performance of business allies with key emphasis on achieving revenue.
• Providing the technical know how / product knowledge to the partners for ensuring proper communication regarding product features to the clients.
• Identifying & networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach.

Product Promotion
• Arranging advertising & promotional activities to facilitate maximum product visibility & optimizing sales.
• Identifying target audiences, planning marketing activities to achieve volume estimations through presentations to ensure product movements.
• Analyzing various parameters that play significant role in conducting presentations for promotion of product.

Market Research
• Performing research and analysis of construction Industry by doing wide search using primary and secondary databases.
• Compiling & interpreting the researched data in a structured format to develop credible research reports.

Profile • The candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and discretion. The individual should be detail oriented, self-confident and possess the ability to work in a matrix environment.
• The candidate must possess superior oral and written communication skills. S/he should be fluent in English, Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
• S/he must be an enthusiastic, result oriented individual with excellent analytical and motivational skills.
