The HR Executive will be reporting to the Personnel Manager and his duties include, but not limited to the following: Responsible for the human resources function in the Group companies and for ensuring the Department conforms to the company quality system procedures as documented. Responsible for a variety of activities in personnel administration, including employment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and training programs. Plan, organize, control and direct the functions of Human Resources, Labor Relations/Negotiations, Legal Services and Educational Assessment Services.

Profile Candidates having degree in Human Resources Management and with a minimum of 3 to 6 years experience, preferably in construction / production industries.
He or she should be self motivated, proactive and confident. Should have excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
