company.


Key responsibilities include managing all aspects (from commencement to completion) for the simultaneous execution of one or more projects with accountability for timely delivery to very high standards of Safety/ Quality and within budget.


The candidate should have managed a working team size of more than 500 people and a minimum built up area of more than 200,000 sq. feet per year.


Proficiency in latest project management tools is a must. GCC experience mandatory.


CONTRACTS MANAGER – CIVIL
Graduate engineers in Civil with strong knowledge of
FIDIC form of contract administration with at least
10 years of experience, out of which 5 years must be in
gulf, handling pre-tender activities of construction
projects (both high rise and industrial projects) with proven record in estimation, tender planning, preparation
and submission, quantity take offs, BOQ preparation(star
rate build ups) and analysis of preliminaries,
sub-contract/vendor price evaluations for pre-tender
contract review and risk analysis, post tender
contract management.


Knowledge of Middle East tendering/pricing norms is mandatory. Knowledge of software applications will be an advantage.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – CIVIL & MEP
Graduate Engineers in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
with experience in the capacity of QS in a large
contracting firm. Must be well versed in quantity take offs, BOQ preparation, tendering, estimation, contractual
issues, preparation of invoices, variations/claims, checking in the field of high rise buildings. Sound knowledge of MS Office applications is required.

QA/QC ENGINEER – CIVIL /MEP
Graduate Engineers in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 7-5 years of experience in QA/QC.

Should have handled all aspects of quality assurance throughout the project, should be familiar with construction specification and quality management techniques used in construction industry. Prepare and monitor QA plans, procedures and other documentation.

TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR – CIVIL
Seasoned individuals with 20 - 15 years of GCC
experience in construction, of which 5 years must be
in a supervisory role. The position requires managing
construction teams at project sites to ensure timely
completion of assigned jobs that meet quality
specifications. Good leadership and inter-personal
skills for interacting with workers is a must to ensure the
construction work is in accordance with specifications and timely completion. Should control damage and
minimize losses while maintaining a clean and

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

    To supervise the day- to-day operations within the Distribution Centre in terms of receiving, checking, storing, picking, stock control activities, Quality, Health & Safety, and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely, reliable and cost effective manner

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Organizes and directs operations’ work flow and job responsibilities within the warehouse to ensure effective management of the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping of products to customers

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day billing function for CCAD, including hospital, professional billing. Will be responsible for reporting, analysis, metrics tracking and continuous performance improvement. Will manage a team of billers to ensure staff coverage is sufficient and meets operational needs. Ensure accurate and timely management of billing issues. Develop, coach, mentor staff and give constructive and timely feedback and ensure all employee evaluations are completed. This position will be required to maintain current knowledge about local health insurance rule changes. Will ensure that the Charge Description Master is maintained with integrity and current pricing, Will be responsible in identifying denial issues and will initiate work towards reducing errors and defects through collaboration with other revenue cycle and clinical stakeholders.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, or
related field, is required
- CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist) or Certified Billing
Specialistis preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Directs and manages the daily operation of the billing function for CCAD to
ensure that all charges are processed and billed timely and accurately
- Oversees and maintains policies and standard operating procedures for the
department
- Will manage denial issues and work towards reducing denial risks to CCAD
- Coordinates liaison activities related to various billing needs between
departments
- Designs, compiles billing-related financial reports including quality metrics
- Supervises staff and assists in the training of new employees
- Ensures staffing and scheduling of staff are optimum to meet operational
needs
- Handles employee performance evaluation and feedback
- Maintains the integrity of the charge descripton master file to ensure
accurate billing and compliance to HAAD updates
- Ensure CCAD is compliant to HAAD billing regulations
- Maintains current knowledge of the health insurance business in the UAE
and works towards keeping information current on US trends relating to
healthcare insurance and shares, trains others about these
- Maintains collaborative relationship with other stakeholders within RCM as
well as clinical operations to resolve any billing deficiencies.

Job Purpose
To implement the Document Verification Unit’s functional activities at Abu Dhabi Hub to ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures mandated by immigration authorities worldwide.

To liaise with the department of Etihad’s Hub operations and Stakeholders at Abu Dhabi international airport to ensure an integrated and coordinated operation.

Responsibilities You will be responsible:

To ensure accurate assessment of travel documents of Etihad Airways guests on high risk flight departures
To maintain a high vigil at Abu Dhabi Hub on high risk flight departures and seek resolutions to effective incident management
To carry out Document Verification functionalities with highest regard for customer service interaction with all guests, so as to ensure that the core values of Etihad are demonstrated
To coordinate with all relevant Etihad departments and Airport Stakeholders at Abu Dhabi Hub to support all Airport Operational Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements Qualification & Education:
High school diploma and 5 years’ experience in the aviation in airport officer/agent capacity and/or service industry

Experience:
Airport Operational or Customer Service experience at an officer/agent level, preferably in the GCC region

Knowledge & Skill:

Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
Should have good operational skills and be a team player
Confidence in speaking with guests and service providers
Ability to work independently
Proven decision making and problem solving skills
A good working knowledge of all types of passports, visas, international travel documents and policy matters
