Customer Services Agents or Engineer Help Desk-Jeddah - Saudi Arabia

Description: Our Company (Call Center) is urgently looking for Customer Services Agents or Engineer Help Desk to be assigne in our project in Petro Rabigh, Jeddah - KSA Qualification are as follows:
• Customer Focused & excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work in shift
• 3+ years experience in IT Supporting MS Windows environment (XP, Vista, Office 2003)
• MCP (mandatory)
• MCSE / CCNA (optional)
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• SAP support experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Computer Science)

Only those who meet the above and with transferable Iqama may apply. We give priority to those who has experience as Agent in a Call Center.
