Business Development Executives - Manama - Bahrain

One of the leading Event Management & Advertising company has an immediate opening for Business Development Executive.

Having working with full service event management / advertising agency involved in events planning & management, advertising, branding, client servicing, design and promotions.

Salary package will be as per applicants credentials.
- Identify and develop business opportunities specifically for Events and Advertising segment
- Prepare the annual business development plan as well as the annual work plan
- Manage and develop business with companies custom communications' existing customers
- Manage, maintain and improve the company's business profitability with each of existing and new client
- Use a consultative approach to understand client's industry and develop tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from divisions custom communications'
- Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs.
- Manager the effective segmentation of each customer's business and understand the customer's requirements and needs to ensure that division's custom communications is targeting the right type of business to achieve long term profitability objectives.

Qualification - Bachelor degree or MBA in Marketing or event management

Experience - Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in similar industry with a supplementary experience as a business / corporate writer.
