Description: Wanted an experienced & well informed "Cost Engineer" on job work basis to work for a real estate development company. The person must be familiar with current pricing on all construction materials, labour rates and sub-contract rates in Bahrain with emphasis on rates for all finishing items & fittings and shall have an ability to prepare new pricing .
