Insurance Representatives - Kuwait

A leading insurance company in Kuwait is currently recruiting for the position of:

Insurance Representatives
To represent the insurance company within the medical providers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) and be responsible tor,

- verifying documents for pre-approval cases
- reviewing medical claims
- following up admitted cases on a daily basis
- customer care and solving client problems

The ideal candidate should have:
- a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or any Paramedical degree with the relevant certification for practice in Kuwait - minimum 2 years experience with a private medical provider (hospital, medical centre, clinic etc.)
- exceptional communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills
- proficiency in computer and fluency in English
- orientation towards customer care

Preference will be given to Kuwaiti nationalities
