Recruitment Manager' - A multinational recruitment company is setting up operation in Cairo, Egypt. We are searching for a manager to oversee a small team that will work with an extensive network of our global offices to source candidates and place them in positions throughout Egypt and the Middle East. There is a great salary package + commission + other benefits on offer. EGYPTIAN NATIONALS ONLY - A successful application will need to have at least 5 years experience in the recruitment industry or labour supply market and over the age of 26. We are looking for a person who has previous management experience. You will need to be a self starter who can think strategically about the direction of a business. You will need to make informed decisions, manage with empathy and motivate a team to meet set targets. You must be computer literate and have an understanding of financials. English speaking is an advantage. Once you have proven your abilities we have many opportunities for you to grow your career abroad within our extensive network of global offices.
