Sr IT Accounts Manager/IT Accounts Manager-Doha - Qatar

The ideal candidate will be an IT/business graduate with 4+ years experience in selling IT staffing/consulting services. Experience identifying prospective clients and generating business from new accounts. Male Arab Candidates are preferred. Location : Qatar. NOC is must for qatar based candidates.

• Proven experience in IT sales in the areas of HW business, Desktop /Laptops/Servers /Storage /printers /Scanners /Plotters etc. • Certified by international vendors and not limited to ( HP/IBM/DELL/etc...) • Ability to recognize and understand business opportunities and develop effective business development strategies; • Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing and executing strategic sales plans; • Ability to troubleshoot customer service issues and follow up in a timely manner. Assist in resolving service issues and assist in facilitating account reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, quality standards/policies, etc. • Additional responsibilities include: • Interacting with the technical support Engineers as necessary to form solutions to meet the needs of the customers; • Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure / forecast and budget; • Interact with manufacturers and distributors to obtain competitive pricing structure for customers as well as offer the best product solutions.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
