Client Operations Manager - Muscat - Oman

To manage the agreement/contract existing between Company and the Client ensuring sucessful service delivery and exceeding commercial expectations

Profile Oversee day to day operation Reporting Complaints (call center) Check the good implementation of the standard Integration of facilities management requirements Manage and deliver the budget Setting standard and procedures for operation Manage a team of 15 staff plus Assist the Engineers for new staff recruitment Optimize purchase and contracts First line liaison with client representatives Manage and deliver agreed service within budget Effective management of all personnel connected with contract through proper staffing structure and supervision Management reports as required indicating financial and operational performance Continuous improvement using existing contracts as benchmarks Cost effective procurement (subcontractors and materials) Ensure service delivery as per KPIs Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Improve productivity through staff motivation and leadership Staff selection/recruitment(in association with HR) and retention of staff Identifying training requirements Maximizing effectiveness by the use of Management Systems Budget forecast and preparation Productivity and cost analysis Identify opportunities for additional work Involvement and cooperation with energy management program Exceed customers expectations
