MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
„« Develop lead generation tools and techniques
„« Sales lead generation & follow up.
„« Lead management & follow up
„« Co-ordinate daily leads with the sales team.
„« Product demonstration and explanation over the phone.
„« After sales management.
„« Develop, monitor and track consumer/category research
„« Payment follow up and payment management
„« Keep track of all appointments and follow ups.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Marketing Degree preferred (experience only is also acceptable)
2. Minimum 3 years in tele-marketing
3. Self motivated, keen learner, a cheerful ¡¥can do¡¦ attitude
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, a team player with strong people organizational skills
5. Comfortable in a fast paced, performance oriented environment
6. Ability to work independently and possess a high level of energy and initiative
7. Strong commercial acumen.
8. Excellent linguistic skills in English and Arabic
9. Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic
