Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receive calls/visitors and determining the nature of their business.
* Welcome and assist all company guests/visitors
* Operate telephone systems and coordinate calls
* Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to the concerned person/party.
* Provide information to callers
* Greet visitors
* Provide information of staff movements
* Check company’s incoming e-mail and forward to the concerned Dept.
* Receive and sort mail and deliveries
* Schedule appointments
* Provide other admin. tasks when necessary.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Completion of Secondary School.
* Fluent English
* Computer literate.
* Minimum of (3) years experience in a similar job.
* Oral and written communication skills.
* People management skills
