Recruitment Coordinator - Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Location : Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates
Required - Plans coordinates and handles all recruitment activities of the company ensuring the implementation of the companys recruitment policy and Procedures. Executes the recruitment requisitions, draft advertisements for publications in local, regional and international press. Liaises with and informs local, regional and international recruitment agencies on recruitment matters, negotiates terms and conditions with contractors/agencies. Scrutinizes job offer, employment contracts and ensures to obtain the necessary government and medical approvals and clearances. Completion of B. A in Business Administration or equivalent. Six years experience in recruitment and selection work. Fluency in English and Arabic.
