Description: Senior Sales Executive
• Develops a sales strategy for the market (Retailers) that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Explore new markets (Corporate Clients)
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Keeps track of the update in the pricing sheets.
• Attending to the inquiries from the retailers, Retailer complaints and manage correspondence with the retailers. Should be a one point contact for the retailers.
• Must achieve the sales targets.
• Engage in market research, identify the current market needs and provide a feedback about the likes and dislikes of the market and what we can do to further improve it.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Female Sales Executive (Arab National Referred)
• Well presented
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Bahrain Driving License must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Negotiating skills
• Sales Experience preferred (2-3 years)
