Jobs at this level are responsible for establishing / updating
EXPEDITING procedures, planning and allocating tasks to Expeditors,
coordinate and supervise all the EXPEDITING activities for NPCC
projects, prepare and issue COMPANY EXPEDITING plan for all running
projects, represent EXPEDITING at project procurement review meetings
and project management meetings (whenever required) to explain to
members the problems (if any), and seek advice from them and initiate
suitable action, participate in the overall VENDOR performance
evaluation, establish a training courses for new employees, eliminate
any sort of material delay, ensure the full awareness and implementation
of the requirements of the quality management system by all expeditors,
ensure the full awareness and implementation of the requirements of the
environmental management system and the applicable environmental laws,
regulations, codes, standards and other requirements by all expeditors.
* B.Sc. in Engineering * 9 years overall experience in similar field in Oil & Gas Industries. * Has considerable knowledge and experience in all inherent fabrication monitoring aspects and generic contract administration matters, VENDOR’S pre-qualifications and performance, capability in identifying potential delivery problems and other contractual problems with recommend remedial actions. * Has a remarkable supervisory / management and communication skill, discipline and able to control the subordinates, decisive, perceptive , analytical, has the talent for analyzing situations and reaching constructive recommended actions, responsive to the projects strategies and various situations * Good command of business written, reporting and spoken English. * Communication skills * Computer literate
