With a minimum 10-15 years of experience preferably in the Construction Industry.
Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR Management or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
Highly computer literate.
Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with sound knowledge of recruitment, organizational development and other HR initiatives and protocols.
Knowledge of UAE Labour and Immigration Laws.
Shall be responsible for formulating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
Identifying and implementing training needs.
