Required Immediately Corporate Sales Manager - Bahrain

Corporate Sales Manager (Ref: CSM/001/07)
Description:
Major roles and responsibilities include:
Plan and Manage Business Portfolio for the Career Progression Program (CPP) according to agreed Market Development Strategy.
Manage Product and Service Mix according to agreed aims.
Actively Build Strategic, Profitable Relationships with Potential Key Clients and promote the CPP.
Set Individual and Team Sales Targets and Ensure team meet set KPI’s.
Develop/ contribute in Marketing Plan and recalibrate if required.
Provide Strategic direction to the development of new and existing major clients/accounts.
Build Operation Process Flow and review them to ensure efficiency.
Lead sales team, and be able to convince potential clients.

The successful candidate should have the following minimum prerequisites:
Business Degree with high level of structured sales training and documented successes.
MS Office and Communication (both English and Arabic) skills.
5 years+ Sales Training Solution, sales experience in both strategic account management and new business.
Analyse of sales data to investigate and report trends
