Description: Shop Manager- 15 Nos & SALES CREW- 20 Nos - for a pastry shopping maul of Kuwait:

Main Responsibilities & Duties:-
Managing pastry showroom which sells luxury pre-made sweets and pastries to elite people in Kuwait, which includes:-
- Conduct orientation, train, coach, develop, and manage sales staff in execution of daily tasks
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance on a daily basis
- Ensures highest level of Customer service and satisfaction
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:-
- Graduate- Preferably in Hotel Management
- Presentable & have a good personality
- Good management & leadership skills
Experience: - at least 2 years as shop manager in a same or similar field
Nationality: - Indian
Age: - 25 – 33 years old
Religion: - Muslims or Christian only
Languages: - English is a must, Arabic is preferable
Salary : 43000 - 46000 INR

SALES CREW- 20 Numbers
Maximize sales & measure sales performance on daily basis.
Ensure highest level of customer service, and satisfaction
Any other task as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:- Graduated
Presentable & having good personality.
Experience:- 2 years in similar position.
Age- Between- 23 and 30 years old
Religion:- Muslim or Christian
Salary : 18000 INR
