Service Delivery Manager - Integrated Telecom Co - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

- B. Sc. or higher degree of Telecommunication or Computer engineering.
- Robots understanding of TCP/IP protocol and networking concepts.
- Good understanding of telecommunication technology and concepts.
- Ability to assist and mentoring junior staff.
- Customer focused.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Good reasoning.
- Good judgment.

The SDM is responsible and accountable for Sales order delivery and managing day to day implementation issues. He acts as a reliable and accessible single contact point to the customers on all service delivery matters. He shall work closely with the Account Manager, Pre-Sales, Field Service, Engineering and other relevant internal parties to provide best-in-class customer service to the assigned Accounts.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain an up to date implementation plan where risks are identified and projects delivered on time and to budget.
2. Ensure that commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties within ITC.
3. Ensure that appropriate operational contacts are identified within the customer’s organization with clear and effective channels of communication defined and understood between customer and ITC for all day-to-day operational support matters.
4. Manager for project initiated under the Major Accounts assigned.
5. Provide a reliable, accessible, and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matter and/or project implementation progress.
6. Provide feedback for improving the overall service quality and efficiency and guidance to generate more business.
