Urgently Required - Assistant Secretary - Bahrain

JOB TITLE : ASSISTANT SECRETARY


POSITION TYPE : Full Time
LOCATION : Bahrain
DURATION : 2-year contract, renewable
WORK TIMINGS : Saturday – Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Thursday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
(with 30 minutes lunch break)


JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Screens and transfers calls, respond to inquiries and relay messages
2. Performs clerical duties, schedules meetings and handles specific work projects
3. Creates spreadsheets, manage database, delivers reports

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Male or Female of any nationality
2. Single or married
3. 21-40 years old
4. Associate or Bachelor’s degree
5. Internship or training programs
6. Minimum of 2 years job experience
7. Well-versed in oral and written English (pronunciation and grammar conscious)
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and other applications
9. Accounting background and experience is a plus

• Effective communication – can do self correspondence
• Excellent grammar and pronunciation
• Proficient typing skills
• Has good organizational skills
• Adaptable to any working environment
• Open-minded and able to pick-up new terms and ideas
