Description: We are a new computer shop looking for a technician (2) and sales agent (1) staff.

Requirements for the technician: Good customer service and work ethic. Keen understanding of all aspects of PCs. Pleasant demeanour and good attitude. Must have experience in the repair, installation, and upgrading of all types of laptop and desktops. Hardware and Software error troubleshooting. Hard Drive replacement. Virus removal. Screen replacement. Motherboard replacement. Operating system installations.

Requirements for the sales agent: Good customer service and work ethic. Keen understanding of all aspects of PCs. Pleasant demeanour and good attitude. Good looking.
