About Job::
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Officer Systems Training in the delivery of internal training for end users and Flight Deck and Cabin Crew on operational systems. The Officer Crew Systems Training must ensure that end users and Flight Deck and Cabin Crew are familiar with and effective in operating internal Crewing systems that communicate such information as rosters, leave, Crew bidding, standby etc. You will be required to develop and implement required training in response to any update or change to operational Crew systems in cooperation with FOPM’s, Manager Operations Systems and Manager Operations Processes as appropriate. Assist in development of internal guidelines and training documents for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew on the operation of Crewing systems used by staff. Additionally, prepare and deliver trainings to Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Support systems development and Crew Support Desk in gathering feedback from Crew on system performance, enhancing documentation and scoping functionality improvements where required
About You::
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of job-related experience in Crewing, Flight Operations, or Training role, with a Bacherlors degree. You must have understanding of Airline Operational functions. Knowledge of QCAA Flight Deck and Cabin Crew regulations. Well developed interpersonal skills and effective in a multicultural setting. Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and facilitation/presentation.
