Animal Care Coordinator - Al Ain Wildlife Park - Resort - United Arab Emirates

This position is required to enhance integrity of different functions within assigned area. It is also required to enhance proper planning and budgeting process for the department. Coordinators role is also aiming to standardize work procedures and policies among different functions within assigned area.

Key Tasks / Duties:-
•Supervise staff at the level designated by senior management.
•Develop and mentor progress of UAE National staff.
•Evaluates, adjusts and coordinates husbandry standards and techniques applied to an assigned animal collection according to a zoo master plan.
•Plans, oversees, directs implementation and coordination of animal husbandry programs, reproduction, neonatal care, introductions, moves, restraints and shipments; regularly inspects and observes assigned collection for overall health and welfare.
•Ensures dietary requirements of the assigned collection are met and fulfilled.
•Discusses morbidity and mortality with veterinary and pathology staff.
•Manages and evaluates the performance of animal supervisory staff as assigned.
•Oversees and participates in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of collection records required for collection management
•Assures the meeting of legal requirements in collection management as well as domestic and international shipping of animals; develops new techniques as required to meet animal shipment regulations; may assist in the acquisition of permits.
•Maintains a variety of contacts in order to respond to inquiries and requests and to effectively coordinate collection maintenance and management activities.
•Assures effective organizational communication and team building, provides specialized training relative to collection husbandry.
•Resolves problems and complaints referred by teams and staff including conflicts in priority and across the organization.
•Executes, and under direction may implement, animal sales, loans, trades and purchases according to zoocollection master plan.
•Assures use of appropriate animal handling, shipment, management and training methodologies for the collection, assures appropriate training of staff in techniques of animal management and transfer.
•Participates in studbook updates and committees.
•Participates in exhibit and facility planning, research and design.
•Recommends exhibit design relative to management and husbandry requirements of species to be incorporated.

Maintenance Manager - Future Pipe Industries Group - Dammam - Saudi Arabia

The manufacturing plant is almost running 24 hrs with non-stop production. Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing and leading the maintenance team to ensure smooth running of the plant and its equipments round the clock.
The jobholder will have a continuous monitoring role to ensure that production machines are running without any problems.
This position is accountable for the plant status from housekeeping, equipment, offices, electricity, land & building and their related technicalities, making sure all International & Local Regulations are followed properly and any discrepancies are highlighted. The job holder will also be responsible for the Land & Building Maintenance and Stores.

■Should be excellent in trouble shooting the break down of industrial equipments.
Knowledge of plant and production equipment and advanced control systems
■Knowledge of bearing & shaft alignments and their assembling
■Knowledge of main plant items (CNC and PLC controlled equipments compressors, generators, forklifts, pumps, gearboxes, cranes, etc.) and their repairs
■Ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical drawings, standards and codifications
■Knowledge of all workshop tools (handling sets, measuring devices, welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, turning, shaping, etc.)
■Ability to operate several team projects with multi-task targets.
■Proficiency in English and the language of the people on the shop floor.

Working on security services; systems and network security; security policies and procedures; and to direct and implement information security compliance and awareness strategies and programs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitors and reviews multiple client Information Technology (IT) and security services for compliance (industry or regional level) with contractual obligations and identified legal and regulatory security obligations;
• Provides views of best practice Information Security (IS) compliance solutions within the industry or regional area.
• Interprets IS regulatory, policy, and contractual compliance requirements for client and industry or region;
• Provides advice and guidance on IS compliance during compliance reviews and audits
• To create and maintain security standards, procedures, and guidelines that follow security policies
• To manage development documentation, along with presentation of information security education, awareness, and training activities
• To participate in risk management process so that the courses are successful.
• To implement and manage vulnerability and patch management processes to ensure effectiveness
• To support the manager to ensure that the work of the function is complete efficiently and effectively
