Senior Sales Personnel-Mebs International-Al Ahmadi - Kuwait

• Identification of new business opportunities and ability to quickly build contacts in the local market.
• Selling the MEBS brand of services aggressively in the market.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Development of accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
• Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers via business meetings, presentations and telephone and email correspondence.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiation of the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Constantly Sourcing market and customer information.
• Representation of the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations & identification of the same.
• Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
• Provide input regarding forthcoming product developments and discuss strategies for product promotions.
• Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
• Review sales performance, establish plans to aim, to meet or exceed targets.

Profile 1. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
2. Ability to deliver a successful product demo.
3. Solution selling experience.
4. Knowledge of basic IT also essential.
5. Competent PC skills – Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel in order to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports, Word and Power Point essential for effective presentations.
6. Effective communicational skills.
7. Vast experience giving business presentations to team members and clients.
MBA in Sales and Marketing.
