A Dubai-based engineering company urgently requires the following for their project in AFGHANISTAN: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - EA10/ALM/019. Applicant should be a Graduate Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field and 5 years experience in a supervisory role. Should have knowledge of construction ways, means, methods and sequences. Applicants must have knowledge of American Standard Codes, computer systems and their applications and must possess excellent English skills, both oral and written.
