Executive Secretary-Assist Accountant - Jeddah - Saudi Arabia

Description: Should be able to have transferable Iqama.

Distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
Make travel arrangements.
Assist the Finance Manager to prepare invoices, and financial reportsand financial statements. Should be excellent in preparing Microsoft spreadsheet.
Prepare memos,letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database.
Fluent in English -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of using computer in day to day activities.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Documenting/Recording Information -- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic.
