• Understand and improve customer work processes via matching the right solution to customer business
• Increase the volume of business from the assigned customer accounts
• Meet pricing objectives within ranges established by the company
• Represent the customer internally
• Manage all details related to the day-to-day account sales (i.e. volume forecasting, deductions, price changes, administrative issues)
