reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs. You will also
motivate and develop team members and ensure store and team complies
with all company regulations and procedures.
You will have/be:
Good written and verbal English.
PC literate.
Analytical.
Creative.
Able to steer through complex operational issues.
Strong leadership skills.
At least 3 years' restaurant management at a senior level.
Sound experience in people management.
An understanding of supply chain/ inventory management
English language skills (essential, Arabic preferred).
A good level of secondary education.
