Job Description: Preparation of AutoCAD Drawings such as shop drawings, as built drawings and related other drawings from the latest version of software.
Coordinate and discuss with Customers/ Consultants.
Work independently and get the drawings approved within the limited time-bound period for the execution of the Projects.
Preparation of cutting list and detailed drawings for the production.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Bill of Materials for the Purchase/ Stores/ Quantity surveyor and for the inspection.
Maintain document control register for all related drawings both in hard and soft copies.
Deliver error free drawings within specified time-bound period.
Site visits, inspection, taking measurement for the perfect drawings.
Maintain all record perfectly.
Desired Candidate's Profile: Profile Candidate should be ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 to 7 years experience. Should have experience in preparation of AutoCAD drawings from the similar field of Fabrication and Installation of Aluminium Doors, windows, louvers, structural glazing, double glazing, Aluminium curtain walls and Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) works for the high raised building, shopping complexes, residential & commercial buildings etc.
Should have through knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit with the latest version.
Computer literate. Able to work independently with the minimum supervision.
Must have experiences in executing the Project well within the budget allocated.
