Social Media Specialist - Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Company - Kuwait

Objective : - To be responsible to create and implement the Company’s Social media strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. - To coordinate with the internal Marketing/PR and other teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice, cultivating a social media referral network and impact bottom-line. [
Responsibility : - Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed. - Create budgets for social media activities in coordination with Department Manager. - Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces. - Work with the IT team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date. - Manage a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company. - Create & implement the social media strategy. - Write editorial content - Create and upload videos. - Optimize social media search traffic. - Monitor trends in social media. - Post and comment on relevant blogs. - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. - Report feedback on insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.

Skills
- Creative marketing skills & ability to think out of the box.
- In-depth knowledge & understanding with different social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate, information in Arabic & English.
- Team player with the confidence to take the lead & guide department when necessary.
- Should have a good technical understanding & ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Have good knowledge of principles of SEO & CMS (Search engine optimization
- Content management system).
- Public relations, Marketing, Customer service experience would be a plus.
- Relevant Experience (in years) : 3-4 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing/Master’s Degree preferred.
- Specialized Experience: Social Media/blogging in FMCG/commercial/Retail environment.
- IT: Social media certifications/Content Management - Preferred Language : Arabic & English

Proposals Officer - SSH International - Kuwait

To assist in the preparation of submissions (pre-bid, in particular) towards proposals, pre-qualifications, expression of interests, etc. -
Assists and coordinate in the preparation of pre-bid submissions - Assists in allocation and follow-up of the Action List and Table of Contents for each submission and to forward it to SSH Departments for their inputs. - Compiles and consolidate various department technical and financial inputs in the required formats and discuss status and conclusion - Reviews quality of submission, discussions and graphical enhancements - Develops Business Development database by evaluating profiles and capabilities of International Consultants (web-surfing) for future alliances. - Compiles requisite information on active Proposals and business Enquiries for the monthly management report - Assists in PowerPoint presentations and handouts as required to support submissions presentations efforts - Assists in the overall documentation, regular updates and coordination of activities in the Business Development Department - Contribute efficiently in ensuring proper archiving and filling procedures submissions and related data. - Assists in communication with Client, sub-consultants (and any other participants) and coordinate with SSH Department in identifying their inputs and addressing the specific requirements. - Assists in the preparation of the financial proposal (collate and prepare spreadsheets) - Follow-up logistical requirements for the submissions - Carries out post-submission follow-ups and update database - Has regular client feedbacks and development/ updating of database and the project status and related information

Skills
- Bachelors in Engineering or Architecture
- Min 5 years of diverse experience in a related field with effective coordination and communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
- Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage
