 You will have the following skills and experience:

To be a consultant to our customers and sell all Construction Equipment products represented by the Sales Construction Equipment Division via Volvo Construction Equipment, Comp Air Compressors and Himoinsa Equipment, to achieve agreed budgets. This position will spend 80% of the time in the field and requires daily contacts with customers, where you provide technical advice, create and provide quotations per customer(s) requirements, 20% of the time will be spent in office work and organization per company requirements.
* Ensures that agreed budget (Volumes and values) are achieved and exceeded
* Ensure the targeted new customer coverage per month is reported and documented per company requirements 
* Explores and converts new business opportunities that result in increased revenue and profit for the company
* Ensures that accurate information on competitors is presented to the Sales and Regional Managers thereby supporting the development of strategies that are aimed at increasing market share.
* Provides information about the all deals under progress to upper management, especially with big package strategic deals, to ensure these inquiries are followed and won.
*Submit credit requests to the Sales Manager and Regional Manager with his recommendations and justifications. Exert Pro-activeness in all ways to secure these strategic deals whether from external financial institution or internal to allow enough time to secure these deals properly.

Under the general supervision of the Accounting Supervisor,
delivers the accounting and control function in areas of production, costing
and management reporting and business performance reporting of MGBMC.

Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent with Professional Qualification (CPA or CA)
    5 years’ professional related financial & cost accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or processing environment.
    Fluency in English.
    Computer literacy, knowledge of financial systems and PC applications, Oracle ERP system knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities:
    Assist the in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing with main focus in mine production, costing, and management reporting aspect of closing.
    Responsible for the generation and analysis of various financial reports such as Executive Management Report, Flash Report, and Cash Cost Report and preparation of the monthly performance highlights of the company.
    Maintain accounting control for recording production inventories and by products which includes valuation and costing of closing inventory at mine site and cost of goods sold.
    Maintain accounting control recording and reconciling sales, shipments and accounts receivable trade.
    Conducts financial evaluation of business initiatives (cost & revenue ideas), project evaluation and other ad hoc financial analysis tools to aid Management in making business decision.
    Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
    Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
    Responsible for the creation of new FSG Reports and modification of an existing FSG Reports as per user's requirements.
    Responsible in preparing the quarter and annual financial statements in audit format.
    Analysis and reviewing of financial data that reflects actual finance performance.
