Aeronautical Engineering instructors - Airport Service - Bahrain

BAS Aircraft Engineering Training Center, the first and most respected in the region, provides EASA Part 147 Basic and Type training.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will co-ordinate. develop and conduct courses for Basic and Type class instruction leading to licensed engineering qualifications using a wide range of tutorial techniques and learning aides. Preparation of material both on a practical and theoretical basis to EASA PART 147 standards is necessary.

Managing student development and ensuring that knowledge is imparted and retained in a nurturing environment is a key skill requirement.

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of EASA 147 requirements is preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience as an instructor
2. Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential.
3. Bachelor degree or similar education in an Aeronautical technical discipline or equivalent. Holding of current EASA License would be preferable.
4. Aircraft type rated qualification preferably Boeing and or Airbus
5. Experience in leadership and management functions
6. Excellent interpersonal, social and communications and training delivery skills.
7. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
8. IT literacy skills.
