Drawing Office Supervisor - Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Contract Hire Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirement: Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil disciplines from a recognized college or Technical institute. 15 years design drafting experience in oil & gas industry and 5 years in a senior supervisory level, including project planning and execution.

Excellent AutoCAD skills and other associated Add-on software packages like GTX Raster CAD, Multi-Steel etc.
A very good understanding of Smart Plant Tools likes SP 3D, SPPID, SPI and SPE. Role:
To supervisor and control a team of multidiscipline Design Draughtsman and produce/upkeep the engineering drawing deliverables to meet company business requirements. To review all drafting request from Business and support units, sets priorities and allocates work assignments to design draughtsman in a multi-discipline settings. To review and approve the drawing deliverable produced in-house, by consultants, contractors and vendors for compliance to company standards. To explore the advancements in the industry and recommends hardware/software acquisition/ upgrades for improved performance of CAD system. Salary: Excellent with benefits.
