Store Manager - Safari Group - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

o Line-manage Store Staff.
o Ensure store team adhere to the correct operational standards as laid down by BM.
o To act as a role model for all the staff.
o Encourage & promote all opportunities to drive sales through the development of store teams.
o Daily Team Talk to communicate & ensure store team is up-to-date and consistent in focusing on key priorities.
o Ensure clear lines of communication between WH, BM & VM to ensure efficient co-ordination of stock, equipment & décor.
o Collaborate positively with BM & visual teams to drive layout, pricing & catalogue changes as appropriate.
o Consistently reinforce customer service standards in stores & develop a culture where staff is committed to achieving these standards.
o Demonstrate commercial flair in order to create competitive advantage.
o Ensure store presentation & standards are in line with the brand requirements.
o Use strong & positive influencing skills to drive change & challenge bad practice.
o Do floor walk to reinforce standards of visual presentation across all departments.
o Timely and efficient implementation of marketing promotions in the store
o Perfect implementation of all corporate store Process & Policies.
o Plan peak trading periods in consultation with BM w.r.t. staffing, holidays, training etc.
o Plan & carry out stock take twice a year, or store handover.
o Ensure proper housekeeping standards at all times.

Profile Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience 3 - 15 years
Education Basic - Intermediate School , Any Graduation
