o To be accountable for all aspects of the store operation by managing the performance of store teams to deliver business targets.

o To create and exploit all commercial opportunities through the development of easy to shop, inspirational and visually attractive shopping environments.

o To maintain active and regular communication between Head Office, Warehouse and Stores to ensure key messages are delivered in the most effective format.

o Line-manage store managers.
o Ensuring store managers adhere to the correct operational standards as laid down by HO
o To act as a role model for store managers.
o Encourage & promote all opportunities to drive sales through the development of store teams.
o Clear & regular channels of communication to ensure stores are up-to-date and consistent in focusing on key priorities.
o Ensure clear lines of communication between warehouse & stores to ensure efficient co-ordination of stock, equipment & décor.
o Collaborate positively with the merchandise & visual teams to drive layout, pricing & catalogue changes as appropriate.
o Consistently reinforce customer service standards in stores & develop a culture where people are committed to achieving these standards.
o Demonstrate commercial flair in order to create competitive advantage.
o Ensure store presentation & standards are in line with the brand requirements & are consistent across stores in the region.
o Set and agree store performance targets that are stretching with the Brand Manager.
o Use strong & positive influencing skills to drive change & challenge bad practice.
o Do store visits & floor walk to reinforce standards of visual presentation
o Timely and efficient implementation of marketing promotions across all stores in the region.
o Enforce procedures to maintain stock and systems accuracy through stock take.

Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience 5 - 15 years
Education Basic - Any Graduation , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
