Description: A reputed Organic Food Products Importing Company in Bahrain, with distribution network in the GCC Countries, & having sales Outlets in Major Hyper Markets, is interested in hiring the following position.
Candidate must have minimum five (05) years experience in a similar position, with a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), manufacturing or importing company.
Brief list of responsibilities:
*. Oversee the day-to-day administrative, sales & distribution network within Bahrain & other
GCC Countries.
*. Negotiate & conclude agreements for new sales outlets, distributors & global suppliers of Organic Food Products.
*. Set-up sales targets for Bahrain market & territorial Markets, keeping inline with company
guidelines.
*. Develop sales strategies for each territorial market based on product demand.
*. Monitor each territorial team's performance and motivate them to reach targets, through
viable incentive schemes.
*. Compiling & analyzing sales figures against stock inventory.
*. Collecting customer feed-back & market research.
*. Develop & enhance Organic Food Product knowledge throughout the sales team.
In addition to the above, the candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
• High command of communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
• The ability to identify and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies.
English is essential & Arabic preferred, salary shall be in commensurate with experience, plus Performance Incentives.
