SALES TEAM LEADERS (Arabic speakers)
Qualifications:
• University degree holder.
• Resident in the territory for at least 2 years is an advantage.
• Age 30+.
• Relevant experience with proven records in a Sales Management role, preferably in Life insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Arabic), with emphasis on coaching and development.
• Successful track record in building/managing sales Force.
• Flexible and able to change course of action when necessary.
• Open to new initiatives with an ability to work under pressure.
