Responsible for coordinating and executing overall administration of the office, providing assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation, maintaining office equipments, stationary, office supplies and ensuring cost-effective ordering process, maintain filing system, translating from Arabic to English and vice versa, etc. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in advanced MS Office is a must.

Experience: 3-5 years in similar field.
