Contracts Administrator-Alghanim International - Bahrain - Kuwait

Roles and Responsibilities : 1 Oversee the execution & administration of Complex constructions and services contracts to include request for Proposal, Request for Qualification & bid documents 2. Liaison with Engineering regarding the technical content of each Inquiry and Subcontract; negotiate change orders and other commercial oriented matters through close-out; 3. Deliver project profitability. Analyze contractors’ quotation, technically and commercially 4. Select contractors more efficiently. Manage the relationship with the contractor throughout the contract. Handle claims through negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration 5. Resolve disputes fairly with in the projects of legal action 6. Manages the commercial aspects of the subcontracts from inquiry through award, execution, and close-out of the subcontracts pursuant to established procedures; issue inquiry packages in accordance with execution schedule 7. To analyze the main and sub-contract with clarity and completeness 8. Ensure compliance with project and company standards

Experience 12 - 20 years
