Your ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate a team of Beauty advisers to ensure strong sales results is a vital aspect of your role, as are your strong sales skills. You will lead by example with your professional, honest and open outlook.
Educated to degree or diploma level, preferably with a post-graduate qualification, you will also possess 3-5 years prior cosmetic or personal care experience.
Part of your role will include compiling business reports, managing overall sales targets and liaising with other teams - so strong commercial acumen is an important requirement.
