Customer Solution Technician-Al Kuwait - Kuwait

Keys and responsibilities: - Plan and perform installation of new equipment on customer’s premises - Perform problem determination and solve problems with customer’s facilities - Provide technical assistance and support to customers - Instruct customers on use of systems and solutions - Escalates issues to other departments providing customer perspectives and priority - Provide feedback to relevant departments - Performs other related duties as required. Candidates must have the following requirements:- Expereince: 3+ years experience in installing and maintaining customer’s solutions (telecommunication networking - LAN IT area) - Personality: Good communication skills, analytical thinking, strong customer orientation, problem solving ability, - self-management. Education: High school diploma or higher - Computer Science or related field. Languages: English, Arabic.
