Customer Care-Career Hunters - Al Kuwait - Kuwait

Keys and responsibilities:- - Keep KPIs and KQIs related to Job Position. - Answering inbound and making outbound calls. - Answer customer’s questions and provide them with correct information. - Interact with Carrier customers via email and phone to create trouble tickets. - Follow ticketing protocols and update and follow-up with internal departments as well as customers. - Preliminary troubleshooting and triage to determine next step in the resolution process. - Supporting customers in all technical issues. Candidates must have the following requirements:- Experience required: 2+ years of experience in network / IT troubleshooting area (HelpDesk agent, Field Engineer…) Personality: Excellent telephone and Customer Support skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, responsibility, accuracy, analytical thinking, ability to find and select effective approaches. Education: High school diploma or higher - Computer Science or related field. Languages: English, Arabic.
